“Organic, Local and Sustainable”….
A great biodiversity, elegant constructions, an important mining industry and stuning portals, form the magic town of Álamos, Sonora. All are important ingredients that Teresitas manage to combine to a creation called Teresita´s Panadería y Bistró since 2011. Experiencing with new ingredients that they grow locally or are found locally is what she has been doing. Proof of that is the delicious Corn Cacerol, (corn tamal bakes with cream, chorizo and cheese served with a chili sauce), and begining everyday with bread that just came out of the oven and a great coffee.
